A guided surf trip by Tiago Gomes
What is the Ericeira Surf Experience ?
I'll pick you up by car and we will go the reef breaks (and beach breaks also) around Ericeira, hunting for waves and I'll explain how they work, where to come in and out of the water, and where to take the wave.
I'll explain the spot to you so you can get more and better waves. So, you will know where to come in and out of the water, and where to take the wave.
I'll surf with you or take pictures/videos of you surfing if you prefer.
You will have an amazing surfing experience in Ericeria and by the end of this experience, you will know where to surf next time if you want to go on your own.
You will finish the experience with a drink (cold or warm, you choose) in one of my favorite views in Ericeira.
So, let's go surf the Ericeira World Surf Reserve!!
This is surf guiding only (not a surf lesson), so I assume you can take green waves by yourself, can manage yourself and the board inside the water, and can paddle out to the outside by yourself.
If you need surf lessons it can be arranged with a local surf school, but you need to tell me in advance since this is outside of the scope of this session.

Surf Guiding is for people who can already surf, take waves on their own and manage themselves and the board inside the water without the need of a coach.

I'M NEW TO SURF OR I ALREADY SURFED BUT I’M YET NOT AT THE LEVEL WHERE I CAN MANAGE MYSELF IN THE SURF WITHOUT A SURF COACH. CAN I REQUEST SURF GUIDING ?
Surf Guiding is for people who can already surf (at any level besides white water) and can manage themselves and the board in the surf without the need of a surf coach.
If you need a surf coach then we suggest to try a surf class our surf school in the numerous surf schools around. If you don’t know any message us and we will recommend you some surf schools.
HOW LONG DOES THE SURF GUIDING TAKE ?
This service is a full day of surfing, morning and afternoon session.

I DON’T HAVE A SURFBOARD OR WETSUIT. CAN I RENT ?
Yes!
We have a selection of surfboards from performance surfboards to longboards for you to choose from. Just remember to send us a message in advance and we will set you up.
